This tank was DOA upon arrival!! A simpole device, right?? Except that I was unable to put air into it. Replaced the valve core and still no air entry!! With stop valve ON or OFF!! AMAZON gracefully paid for return and a full refund!

When I tried to fill the tank for the first time, it would not accept any air. I took the valve apart and was very surprised to see there was no hole for the air to enter the tank; it was a sealed piece of pipe with a schrader valve at one end. A friend with a drill press cut a hole for me so at least it now works. Since this was obviously a missed step in the machining process, it makes me wonder how many of these defective tanks are out there …
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Got one of these as gift..filled tank fine, but could not fill tire from it. Took it back to store (Tractor Supply)was on sale for ~$15.00. They were very nice about it, said they had problems with these. Tried 4 more and never got one to work satisfactorily. Don’t want something NEW that I have to modify to get it to work…….MADE IN CHINA….
